1 pound very finely sliced beef sirloin.

One 4th cup of chicken stock.
1 tsp corn starch.
Preparation procedure:.
Get a mixing bowl and marinade the beef with grease, white pepper, garlic powder, salt, corn starch, soya sauce and rice wine. Keep it in the fridge for about 30 mins.
In a smaller bowl, mix the ingredients for the sauce then put aside. Get a separate bowl to mix the chicken stock and cornstarch.
Boil water in a cooking pot. Sprinkle 1 tsp of salt, then add the broccoli florets. Let it to be prepared effectively for just 2 minutes. Then switch off the flame and drain excess water to avoid it from overcooking. Set aside.
Now take a wok, pour 3 tablespoons of cooking oil and heat it. Toss in the marinated meat and stir fry for a fast 3 minutes until its brown. Remove and keep aside.
